Come and be part of an enchanting night filled with holiday joy at District 1881’s Tree Lighting Event! Join us in the courtyard to witness the illumination of the impressive 40-foot Christmas tree. Delight in festive tunes, savour delicious hot cocoa, take a ride on the Ferris Wheel, and Photos with Santa. Don’t overlook this magical start to the most delightful season of the year! The tree lighting ceremony begins at 6:00 pm, and entry is free.
CULTUS LAKE CHRISTMAS

Join the festive fun at Main Beach on Saturday, November 25, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Experience the joy of taking photos with Santa Claus, browsing through local artisan vendors, and savouring hot cocoa or apple cider. The dazzling Christmas light display will transform Cultus Lake Park into a winter wonderland. Don’t miss the highlight of the event this year—a spectacular fireworks display off the Main Beach docks! The Cultus Lake Fire Department will be on hand to roast marshmallows for guests, all while you enjoy the sounds of our favourite Christmas tunes.
SANTA’S HO HO HO HOLIDAY DRAG SHOW

Join The Kids in the Ball at Bricklayer Brewing’s lively and festive Santa’s Ho Ho Ho Holiday Drag Show on December 1st! Be sure to indulge in their latest cocktail creations while immersing yourself in the excitement. Doors open at 7:00 pm and the show takes place from 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Come early to discover your new favourite drink and enjoy a night of holiday cheer!
ROTARY CHRISTMAS PARADE

HOLIDAY MARKET & COOKIE EXTRAVAGANZA

The Princess Armouries Holiday Market is back for its second year! This fundraising event features local businesses, artisans, and young entrepreneurs. Enjoy a festive atmosphere with Christmas trees, holiday music, and a variety of homemade cookies! Come for the 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and door prizes. Admission is free, and proceeds will go to supporting the Air Cadet Squadron’s activities.

Save the date for December 6th at Old Yale Brewing in Chilliwack, where they’ll be hosting a merry night of beer tasting and wreath crafting! Join Love Her Wild as they guide you in creating the perfect holiday wreath, ensuring your halls are decked in style. Grab a $85 ticket, which includes a beer of your choice and a wreath that will make your neighbours jealous. The workshop runs from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased here!
CHRISTMAS GIFTS EXPO

Discover a festive wonderland at the Annual Three-Day Christmas Gifts Expo! With 250+ vendors offering gift ideas and bargains, it’s the perfect place to find unique treasures. They’re open on December 8 from 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm, December 9 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, and December 10 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Admission to Floors 1 and 2 is just $5 (cash only,) allowing you to come back as many times as you like over the weekend. Kids under five get in free, and only service dogs are permitted entry. Parking is by donation!
