A 60 minute guided shift class beside Field House Chilliwack in Woolly Dog Alley hosted with our friends at Land Studio. Tickets include:

• Enjoy a light breakfast after your class: A yogurt parfait, a scone, and a mini take home organic orange juice provided by Land Café.
• A drink ticket that can be redeemed for a Beer Mimosa, or a Kombucha.
